Windy City FSC is dedicated to the advancement and encouragement of competitive and recreational figure skating.   To this end, Windy City FSC sponsors weekly ice dance sessions in the city of Chicago at McFetridge Sports Center and conducts USFS sanctioned ice dance, moves in the field and free style skating tests as measurements of progress for its members.  Our members have represented Windy City FSC at the USFS Regional, Sectional and National Figure Skating Championships and all competitive levels.  The Club is also represented by four USFS synchronized skating teams. 

2011 - 2012 DUES:  Be sure to pay your 2011-2012 dues.  The USFS dues year begins July 1, 2011.  Forms are available here.

2011 - 2012 TEST SESSIONS:  Windy City has scheduled two test sessions for Saturday mornings, from 9:00 am until Noon. They will be held April 28, 2012 and June 16, 2012.  In addition, tests have been set for Monday evenings from 5 pm until 9 pm on November 7, 2011 and January 16, 2012.  All tests are held at McFetridge Sports Center located at California and Irving Park in Chicago.  An updated test application form is available here. Effective June 21, 2010, there is a $15 out-of-club fee that will be charged.  Also, there are new rules regarding refunds for cancellation of requested testing spots.  Check back for test schedules and skating order for each test, which will be posted about one week prior to the test date.

2011 - 2012 ICE DANCE SESSIONS:  Our 2011 - 2012 program dance session will be Sunday evenings, September 18, 2011 through June 17, 2012.  Sessions begin at 7:15 pm and run until 8:45 pm.  All are held at McFetridge Sports Center.  There will be no sessions on the following dates:  December 25, 2011 (Christmas Day); January 1, 2012 (New Years Day); April 8, 2012 (Eastern Sunday), April 15 and 22, 2012 (McFetridge Ice Show).
